Who we are

The service is operated by Marketing247 LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. Legal notices and service of process go to our registered office in Albuquerque. Day-to-day mail and billing go to our Houston mailing address. Both addresses are on the Legal notice page.

The service

247agent.cloud is a hosted B2B platform for company AI agents: Support agent on your website, Team agent in Slack or Microsoft Teams, and Office agent in the back office. We run the software. You do not download a consumer app, and this website does not sell seats by card.

We prepare a setup from your materials after we talk. Nothing on this marketing site is a self-serve checkout or a binding price for every company.

Your materials and use

You must have the right to give us the site content, files and systems we connect. You stay responsible for what the agents are allowed to say and do for your business.

The agents are tools. They can be wrong. They are not legal, medical or financial advice. A person still approves money, cancellations and other high-risk steps where we have set that up.

Fees and term

Setup and monthly fees are as we agree in writing. Guide prices on this site are not a quote. We may suspend the service if invoices stay unpaid.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damage. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New Mexico have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek an injunction anywhere to protect the service.
