Marketing247 LLC is the controller for this website. Our registered office is in Albuquerque, New Mexico. For privacy requests, use the contact form on this site or write to our Houston mailing address. Both addresses are on the Legal notice and Contact pages.

This marketing website

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email and message. If you request a demo, we also receive your website address. Both forms are processed on our hosting and delivered to our support mailbox. We do not publish that mailbox on the pages of this site.

We do not run advertising pixels or analytics packages on this marketing site. Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored in your browser’s local storage, not as a tracking cookie. The language you read is in the URL.

If you use the agents

Support agent answers from materials you give us (your site, PDFs, FAQs). Chat on your website is hosted by us in the EU, kept apart per company. Team agent can read sources you connect (for example Slack, Teams, Drive or SharePoint) under the rules we set with you. Office agent talks to shop or CRM tools that have an API.

We call language models through their APIs. We do not use your texts to train public models. We do not claim SOC 2 or ISO certification on this site.

How long we keep data

Demo enquiries are kept as long as we need them to answer you and, if we work together, to run the account. Customer knowledge and logs follow the contract. You can ask us to delete what we no longer need to provide the service or keep for law.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, a correction, or deletion, via the contact form or by post to the Houston mailing address. If you are in the EEA or UK we will handle that request in line with GDPR-style rights, even though Marketing247 LLC is established in the United States.

The agents themselves are hosted in the EU. Using US support staff or US company administration may mean a transfer of enquiry data to the United States. We only do that as needed to run the business.

Cookies and local storage

This marketing site does not use a cookie banner because we do not drop tracking cookies here.

Light or dark theme is saved in localStorage under a key named theme. That is not a third-party cookie and it is not used to advertise to you. If you clear site data, the theme resets.

Your language is not stored in a cookie. It is the page address: English at the site root, other languages under /languages/…

This marketing website does not set analytics, advertising or social-network cookies.

If Support agent later runs on your domain, that setup can use a small script and may need its own notice on your site. That is separate from this marketing site. We will tell you what the widget stores when we go live with you.
